    I’m 6’0 I used to be 320 after 2-3 months of calisthenics and strict keto now I’m at 240 I got about an estimated 30-40 pounds to go to get 10% body fat according to my body fat percentage I’m only 20% (I’m very muscular) proves that bmi can be complete bullshit.

    70 25 and 5 carbs is EXTREMELY bad I guess , no more than 20 and NOOOOO less than 10 on carbs is ok…you still going to lose wight
