I would cut out carbs and sugar. If you still eat meat I would cut meat out. But before starting your new journey I would start with a detox .

I gained weight on Apple Cider—despite fasting and eating a ketoish diet on which I lost wt. Recently hit a plateau so added in Apple Cider and all of a sudden my weight went up

Hope you are doing well on your weight loss journey. I feel the best way to be successful at losing weight is to abandon the notion of ’dieting'. Instead, adopt the idea of embracing a ’new eating style’. Start with ridding your body of meat. Stop eating it. Meat is filled with all kinds of hormones to keep you fat. There are lots of YouTube videos with delicious recipes to try. Embrace a new eating style without meat. Good luck!

Hello. I’m just now seeing this video. How are you doing? How is your weight loss journey going?
I have committed to walking at least 20 minutes per day, every day this month. I will let you know how that works for me. All the best to you!

I’ve gained weight in the last 3yrs but I’ve struggled since the age of 19. I love AVC it helped me so much. It even helped me stay at the same weight for 1 year and a 1/2 without exercise so at least I wasn’t gaining more weight. This struggle is so real. I just purchased ACV pills from Amazon, they’ve been working well so far.

I noticed that you add the extras to your ACV. I’ve tried that and I really can’t stomach it. I take 4-6 oz of water 2tbs of ACV a nice squeeze of fresh lemon juice with a dash of cayenne pepper. Good luck to you on this journey. Let’s stay motivated! We got this.

You look just like me!!! If I showed you a pictured of myself you would be like omg she’s my body twin!! I’ve been following you since 2008 and we’ve been through the same weight struggle!! I’ve followed you during your times on and off YouTube. You are living life just like the rest of us and taking it one day at a time. I too have gained a massive amount of weight because of my severe depression I’m trying to claw my way out of it but it’s hard!!!

I just started my lifestyle journey also because it's a struggle for real. We can do it. We just have to support each other.

You may need to see your doctor or a nutritionist. You may have hormone imbalance or a very slow metabolism. Some of these things work short term but don’t really have a long term/life time affect.

My doctor suggested WLS to me years ago and I wanted to do it the natural way….well the natural way didn’t work for ME! The longest I was able to keep my weight off was five short years….all the other years I was obese! I finally am listening because as I get older(39 is my age) it’s getting harder to keep the weight off I lose. I am in the process of VSG because I want a healthy life….free of weight related disease. It isn’t for everyone but it your weight is a challenge….challenge yourself to something different….good luck on your journey🙏🏾

Omg i'm in the same boat, I was 236 lbs almost 2 years ago, now I keep going back between 204 and 208 lbs, for a while I was stuck at 215 lbs. I was glad I didn't gain any weight but sooooo frustrated that I wasn't losing any, but at the time I was trying to workout at all so what did I expect lol I'm trying to get under 200 lbs by September 8th, which is my Birthday. I'm 5'4, I'm short so being over 200 lbs I'm considered obese. I have 2 young daughters who I would love to be able to go outside and be active with, run, bike ride, play, etc. I just want to be healthy for myself, and to be here for my daughters as long as the lord will permit and I don't want my bad habits with food (mainly junk food) to be the reason that time is cut short. I really need the boost as well, so if I could get any support I believe that would help me tremendously. I wish you the best, and you got this girl! lol

  17. Mayanah says:
