I've been keto for over 4 yrs. Just started HCG 3 days ago with a ketogenic/carivore 500 calories protocol. I have not been able to find anyone who does it this way. I've incorporated intermittent fasting and One meal a day as this is very easy for me. Anyone who has done this message me. I'm doing doctor prescribed shots that I received from a compound pharmacy. So I know the HCG is the real deal.
