    That’s crazy… your body doesn’t need to eat that many times.everytime you eat u get a insuline spike. U are hungry because u getting fat.keto diet and intermitent fasting is the best stuff to follow to change the way u life is❤️

    Tana, these are great ideas! Thanks so much.
    I'm wondering about your left overs. How do you prepare them for eating later? Do you heat them up some how? I've always been big on making enough for leftovers later and microwaving them when I do deside to eat them. But anymore, am learning that the microwave isn't such a good idea for our food. So I'm just curious as to what you do with your leftovers if they're dishes that would be heated before eating. Thank you.

    Eating too many times throughout the day causes insulin resistance. Also, intermittent fasting is best for brain age and health
